Freya wrote The Ninja Creami All-In-One Recipe Book with a focus on fresh, natural ingredients. It covers an array of dishes from simple everyday favourites to show-stopping desserts. There are child-friendly treats and sophisticated cocktails, along with dairy-free, vegan, low-fat and reduced sugar options. The images photographed in the book were shot by Carolyn Barber, with food styling by Freya.
Freya worked alongside author and owner of Cheeses of Muswell Hill, Morgan Mcglynn Carr, on the food styling of Morgan’s third book, The Complete Cheese Pairing Cookbook. The recipes were photographed by Jamie Orlando Smith, with prop styling by Hannah Wilkinson.
Freya wrote and tested the recipes for Caught Snackin': 100 recipes. Simple. Fast. Flavoursome. The recipes centre around online hacks and viral trends from the early days of TikTok, with a playful focus on simplicity and flavour. The recipes were photographed by Louise Hagger, with food styling by Becks Wilkinson and prop styling by Alexander Breeze.
Freya worked alongside chef, Antonio Alderuccio, on the food styling of his cookbook, Veganissimo! The Plant-Based & Gluten-Free Italian Kitchen. The recipes were photographed by Patricia Niven, with prop styling by Max Robinson.
